Shipping & Returns

Refund/Return Policy:

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

BOOT RETURNS:
Boots may be returned, if upon receipt of your order, you determine the sizing is incorrect. Your sizing decision and the acceptance of your boots must occur before you put them in service and within 10 days of purchase. Boots returned with any evidence of use will be sent back to you collect and your credit will be denied. (excluding special order sizes or discontinued products)

HELMET RETURNS:
Helmets may be returned, if upon receipt of your order, the helmet is not what you expected or does not fit properly. You must make this decision before you put your helmet into service, install decals, mark your name on the helmet, or make any other alterations to the helmet. Do not remove any protective coverings from the faceshield, goggles or Bourke flip eye-shields until you decide to keep the helmet. Helmets returned with any indication of use, including perspiration marks on the liner will be sent back to you and credit will be denied. (excluding special order helmet(s) or discontinued products)

Firepenny will accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At Firepenny's sole discretion after 30 calendar days, Firepenny will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
  • within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (after 30 days no returns are allowed)
  • must not be a special order or a custom order item
  • unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days noted in that item's particular item description


Buyer Responsibility:
Please be sure to sign the Delivery Order Note (if required) in the presence of the Delivery Company representative to indicate your delivery has been received. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please retain the item(s), indicate the problem on the Delivery Note and contact us within 48 hours of your delivery. No contact within 48 hours of delivery represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. For any other problem with your order, please refer to our return policy.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Firepenny Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from Firepenny or items that you did not order but received from Firepenny will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once Firepenny receives it.
Custom made and specialty type items are not eligible for return.
Embroidered items are not eligible for return.
Helmet Shields are not eligible for return.

There is a 15% restocking fee for non-custom returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you must contact Firepenny within 30 days if you intend to return any item back to our store. Items returned to us after 30 days and without contacting us will not be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

 

No Return Policy for Made-to-Order Items

 

Thank you for choosing Firepenny. We take pride in offering customized and made-to-order products to meet your unique preferences. Please carefully read our no return policy for made-to-order items outlined below:

 

1. Made-to-Order Nature:

Products that are made-to-order items are made specifically based on your chosen specifications, making each product unique to your preferences.

Once an order is placed and the production process begins, we are unable to accommodate changes, cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

 

2. Personalized Products:

Many of our items are personalized or customized with details such as names, dates, or specific designs chosen by you.

Due to the personalized nature of these products, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

3. Quality Assurance:

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order for assistance.

 

4. Exceptions:

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants consideration, please contact our customer service team to discuss your specific case.

 

5. Legal Compliance:

This policy is in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy as necessary to comply with legal requirements.

By placing an order for our made-to-order items, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to our no return policy.

 

 

Shipping

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

The buyer is responsible for all duty/taxes/fees.
