How do I return an item?

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
Boots may be returned, if upon receipt of your order, you determine the sizing is incorrect. Your sizing decision and the acceptance of your boots must occur before you put them in service and within 10 days of purchase. Boots returned with any evidence of use will be sent back to you collect and your credit will be denied. (excluding special order sizes or discontinued products)
Helmets may be returned, if upon receipt of your order, the helmet is not what you expected or does not fit properly. You must make this decision before you put your helmet into service, install decals, mark your name on the helmet, or make any other alterations to the helmet. Do not remove any protective coverings from the faceshield, goggles or Bourke flip eye-shields until you decide to keep the helmet. Helmets returned with any indication of use, including perspiration marks on the liner will be sent back to you and credit will be denied. (excluding special order helmet(s) or discontinued products)
Firepenny will accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At Firepenny's sole discretion after 7 calendar days, Firepenny will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
Please be sure to sign the Delivery Order Note (if required) in the presence of the Delivery Company representative to indicate your delivery has been received. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please retain the item(s), indicate the problem on the Delivery Note and contact us within 48 hours of your delivery. No contact within 48 hours of delivery represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. For any other problem with your order, please refer to our return policy.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Firepenny Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from Firepenny or items that you did not order but received from Firepenny will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once Firepenny receives it.
Custom made and specialty type items are not eligible for return.
Embroidered items are not eligible for return.
Helmet Shields are not eligible for return.
There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you must contact Firepenny within 7 days if you intend to return any item back to our store. Items returned to us after 7 days and without contacting us will not be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
