Determine the Trade In Value of your USED FIRE EQUIPMENT and then email/call Firepenny to redeem your equipment for FIREPENNY REWARD POINTS. Be sure and view the Trade Rules for equipment condition eligibility.

 

 

All products must be in good working order. Equipment with any of the following characteristics WILL NOT be accepted:

A TRADE will only be accepted toward Firepenny Fire Equipment of equal or greater value. No refunds or credits will be issued for amounts over the purchase price.

 

ALL TRADING CARD PRICES are subject to change; please confirm your trade value immediately before conducting your transaction.

 

IF YOU DO NOT FIND equipment on Firepenny that you would be interested in trading your used equipment for, your FIREPENNY REWARD POINTS will remain on your account indefinitely.

 

Firepenny and all participating retailers reserve the right to refuse ANY equipment deemed unacceptable.

 

UPON RECEIPT, INSPECTION AND APPROVAL of your trade, the participating retailer will add FIREPENNY REWARD POINTS based on the trade value for your equipment.

 

If there are any questions or adjustments to be made, Firepenny will discuss them with you before accepting the trade.

 

The Firepenny Trade In! Trade Up! Program through www.firepenny.com is not currently available to international customers. Any trades sent to Firepenny from outside the United States or Canada will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense. Firepenny is not responsible for shipping charges, non-delivery or damage to trade items during shipment. We are currently testing international expansion of the Firepenny Trade In! Trade Up! Program to countries outside of the United States and will post details about future expansion as they become available.
